                                  Ingredients:
                                         -  2 medium carrots, peeled
                                         -  5 Orange
                                         -  1 tablespoon white sugar
                                         -  1 glass of cold water
                                         -  4-5 ice cubes

                                   How to prepare:
                                          -  we place the chopped carrots in a blender jug .
                                          -  Add the orange juice.
                                          -  Add the sugar, water and ice cubes.
                                          -  and mix well.
